RAPPORT, just what every person needs to start building By ClaretB When I read this book, I remember the epigram that says, we shouldn't strive to be popular but to be someone worth knowing. And so it follows that as we strive to be the best of who we are, you've got to build rapport and build trust. These are indispensable in the business world. If we don't want to be just passersby and just be forgotten, we ought to make people stick to us.And so, just very perfectly, Al Rahming, a person of very exceptional ideals and principles, hit the goal. His books are really practical and very helpful to all who are still making a name and building reputation in the business world.

By Chad McL I've worked as a customer support and it was stressed out how important building rapport is. Building rapport is very important no matter what you field you are working in. It is just a shame that not all people knows about the importance of it. Good thing there are self help books like this that helps those who are not provided with rapport training. This book presents the idea of building rapport in a very entertaining way. I was never board while reading it. I even took notes of some points here. Learning something new everyday. This would be a really helpful reference.
