This book is a great guide to help people like myself get their life in order and organized. It provides tips on how to prioritize to reduce stress and my favorite chapter is all the cool apps it recommends! I love this book and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to restructure their lifestyle for better time management. Thanks Martin for a great book!
