Don't be fooled by its size: if you read it thoughtfully and follow the recommended exercises, I believe you will seean improvement in your productivity.That said, don't expect every section to necessarily apply to you: I have no clutter in my workspace and am an extensive maker of to-do lists, but was more interested in other chapters. And while I've never felt I have a problem with "procrastination" as such, I've now recognized that I fail to make use of small increments of time. Up until now I've believed that 15 minute or 30 minute windows are not sufficient to get any "real" work done, and that's definitely something I hope to work on going forward. I was also very interested in the chapter on the connection between emotions and productivity - I don't believe I've seen that emphasized in other similar books.Finally, I have great admiration for the author's own level of productivity so that alone is enough to make me think she knows what she's talking about.
