It is a short concise read and very informative. I especially liked the survey that was presented, the answers from the participants, and the "cure". Although I have been fortunate enough to have not experienced a Toxic Manager in the workplace, I have spoken to many people who have had to deal with "Toxic Managers" of one kind or another. All they ever did was complain and never knew what to do about them or how to prevent it from happening. This book has some common sense solutions that may help anyone who is dealing with a "Toxic Manager". The people I have known that have had to deal with Toxic Managers of one kind or another have had their health and their home like affected by it. If the "cure" is followed, it may improve the work environment of any small business or large corporation.I would highly recommend this as an addition to any college curriculum that has coursed on business, management or leadership classes.
