I've been in sales for years, so I understand the importance of referrals and creating funnels to bring in new customers. That being said, this book has taught me that what my company and I were doing was only the tip of the iceberg. I'm excited to take what I've learned and apply it to my business. I think these techniques are gonna have a tremendous impact on our customer growth, and we'll be able to bring in customers like never before.I can't recommend this book highly enough. Every business needs customers so I think this is a book that everyone working needs to read and apply to there job. The author does a great job of presenting the information in and easy to understand manner. He broke down the different concepts and showed you how to implement them to the fullest effect.
